Mikal Bien-Aimé is a Brooklyn based artist with an illustration BFA from Pratt institute. His artistic practice centered around drawing, silkscreen and painting, explores themes of technology, volition and the endemic pitfalls of society.  

His work has a dense graphic quality with high contrast blocked colors and cross hatched gradients. Bien Aimé’s work evokes playful thematic elements of childhood in opposition to systemic structures illustrated via sci-fi mechanics and bodies bound.
